NOTES:
The BA2 program is the original program that was designed to work with the NWA monthly pattern files. The program is installed on your computer at C:\Bid_Asst2. All program updates will be placed in this location.
The BA2 program system files must be on your computer to be able to run the BA2 program. These files are available on the BA2 CDROM and were installed during the installation process.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is the preferred method for downloading the pattern files from Atlas.
Program Updates:
The program updates will be listed by dates. (example: Program update for 10/07/2008 will have a file name of bidupdat2_10072008. If after installing the latest update and you develop error messages, you can come back to this site and download a previous update to restore your program.
The What's New button will show the latest changes in the program and what the updates file contains.
Program Support:
A [Program Support] button has been added for you to send questions concerning the program or error messages you receive in the program's operation.
Pattern Files:
The program requires you to download the TXT - flight attendants or ZIP - Pilots pattern files from NWA flight operation page. Instructions for doing this are found in the instruction manual.
Instruction Manual:
If you purchased the CDROM program, the operation manual will be placed in the All Programs section of your Start button. The manual is also available on this web page and can be viewed or printed from this page. The manual will explain the operation of the BA2 program and options available.
New instructions for downloading the program updates. It does not require you to download the update to your computer.
The mockbid rotations are formatted differently than what you will actually be using in April. When the May rotations come out for April bidding, I will need those rotations to check the program before release. If you could send me the PDF version of the rotation file you will be using, that comes out in April, that will speed up the release of the program.
